When using a surveillance camera with a standard pan-n-tilt, a large aperature was needed to allow camera viewing operation.

This Mechanism changes the viewing axis, making the aperature needed a fraction of the original (smaller), thus allowing the operator greater flexibility in hiding the surveillance camera equipment.
