SUSPECTED STOREFRONT EXAMPLE

PLEASE NOTE: The Camera Controller was designed for various setups and situations. This is only one of many possible uses.

GOAL .....

Undetected surveillance on a suspected storefront.

EQUIPMENT .....

Three (3) cameras and three (3) microphones hidden within the storefront nearest suspected activity. Support equipment such as the Controller, pan-n-tilts, a microwave transmitter, a scanner/receiver, and a VTR (video tape recorder) are hidden in the warehouse or similar area.
A "COMMAND VEHICLE" - equipped with a VHF transmitter and a portable microwave receiver with TV monitor.

METHOD .....

The Command Vehicle would be located off-site. All activity and equipment control would be monitored from the Command Vehicle.
Commands are entered on the keypad of the VHF Transmitter, picked up by the Scanner/Reciever and via the Camera Controller the commands are sent to the cameras, lens, pan-n-tilts, and video tape recorder (VTR or VCR).
The images are sent thru the Camera Controller and Microwave Transmitter, picked up by the Portable Microwave Receiver and viewed on the TV monitor.
The Video Tape Recorder can also be operated via the keypad to to record and view the images.

RESULT .....

The result is that Law Enforcement Personnel can observe and record the activity of the Suspect, while remaining undetected.
